Working Solutions International [WSI] is a skills development and training company that since 1998 has been committed to training young people to take up employment opportunities, either in companies or their own businesses.

We develop the necessary skills and capabilities to offer a long-term solution to the active economic empowerment of South Africa’s youth.

We advise companies of all sizes to take on, mentor and employ young people – something they too can benefit from.

Working Solutions International (WSi) is a skills development and training company committed to train the youth to get employment.

WSI has trained over 20 000 learners many of whom have been absorbed into the private or government sector or have started their own small businesses. Our company has managed large training and placement projects on behalf of the Sector Education and Training Authorities [Setas} and various public entities. Our partnerships with Technical and Vocational Education and Training Colleges (TVETs) have also helped to broaden our expansion in the education and training the sector.

Much of our skills development and training has been face-to-face. We also run a number of online training programmes preparing young people for the world of work. This online training is in the use of the Microsoft office suite as well as Workplace Readiness skills, like CV preparation, time management and business writing.
